All of the sites are manually checked on a regular basis; any site that has broken any one of the rules will be deleted.

1- Your web site must not contain or promote sex, violence, racism, hatred, excessive banner & pop-up advertising or illegal activity both online or offline.
2- Your web site must be a personal or graphics site.
3- Your web site must be properly hosted. Not on a free server such as MySpace, Piczo, Xanga, Zuup, e.c.t.
4- Visitors must not be required to sign-up before seeing your web site content, including the button rotation.
5- The button rotation must be visible on your site at all times, even if you go on 'hiatus'.
6- Do not 'hide' the rotation in a scrolling window or on a page with a refresher, it makes this an unfair exchange, however, you may use a marquee script if it is needed.
7- Your button image must be 88 pixels wide by 31 pixels high. No bigger, no smaller and make sure the image works!

You only earn credits by displaying the button exchange on your web site. If you have no credits, your web site will not be displayed, it really is that simple!
