Well the requirments are simple.

3- You must have an 88x31 pixel button.
4- You have to put my button up on your site as soon as you contact me.
5- If you put my button in a sub page I will put yours on my affis page, and if want to be on my rotations index page you have to do the same for me + your 32x32 pixel button.
